
Scott Koué is a
sound recordist, editor and designer with thirty
years of experience in film, in advertising and in
the theater. His work can be heard in over thirty
films including The Legend of Drunken Master
(starring Jackie Chan) and the award-winning Titanic.
In addition, he has created audio for over 200 ads
for clients such as American Express, Nike, Coca
Cola, Audi, Amazon.com, Toyota, California Cheese and
Intel. His credits on these and other projects
include sound supervisor, sound editor, sound
designer, rerecording mixer, and production mixer.
Industry awards include the SILVER HUGO (Audi Wind, Best Sound), New York Festival (Audi Wind, Sound Editing), the London International Advertising Award (L I A A) (Toyota Tundra, Winner for Sound, 2002) and Golden Reel (Titanic, Best Sound, 1998).
He also collaborated with photographer David Waldorf in Experience & Exchange: Documentary as the Art of Collaboration, Kent State University (October 2003). Scott's formal training includes Theatrical Design at U.C., Davis.
